Family members have now come in and taken over and SOLD her house while she is alive. We highly believe they sold it to another family member and they are gonna use it as a rent home. You have your terms confused. A living will is an advance medical directive. It is not a factor in your situation.

If your aunt gave a family member a power of attorney, that family member probably has the power to sell the house and dispose of her property. It depends upon the terms of the power of attorney. If the power of attorney permitted the disposal, you and your sister will inherit nothing.

A personal injury attorney might take it. But you have to show there was some kind of significant injury to the child. Otherwise, I don’t think any kind of attorney will take it. It depends on how long it went on and how it affected the child.

This is NOT a civil rights issue unless it was a form of discrimination.

To become Patent Attorney in Europe you need to pass an exam called EQE. The best place to prepare it, is the CEIPI in Strasbourg.
The most important thing is the previous experience. You must collect working experience for certain number of years in a patent attorney office before. I thing, even for applying to the EQE examination (cf. list sources).

Your protection begins when the filing is recorded and is dependent on the acceptance of the Bankruptcy Court.

An existing garnishment is on current wages and is payable until the bankruptcy protection order takes effect. The garnishment is to collect a debt that is currently due and may be reversed if the court finds that the entire portion of the debt is subject to settlement. Any refund would be cash assets and applied to the assets to be distributed to creditors.

No. I am a bankruptcy attorney and I don’t know what kind of clients you had, but the ones I have generally have suffered a job loss, an injury, a death or a divorce.

Als u don' t het vertrouwen wat de procureur u betaalt zou u vertelt, u een andere procureur moeten vinden.

Ik veronderstel dat er één of ander soort grenzen is op wat kan worden genomen en ik betwijfel you' het re rijk worden op om het even welk soort onbekwaamheid.
